Study on Fluidized Bed Pneumatic Vibration Classifier Set

The paper introduces the operating principle, features, pilot test and industrial application of a flu idized bed pneumatic vibration classifier set. The classifier set can achieve classification at any point in the range of 6-0.125mm in size for moist raw coal, filling a gap left by screens. It finds wide applications in optimization of lower size limit of feed in coal preparation, upgrading coal quality by extracting low ash fine coal quality by extracting low ash fine coal from raw coal, combined process coal blending and coal classification, etc.
