摘    要:介绍了振动流化床气力分级机组的工作原理、特点、中间试验及工业应用情况。该机组可实现潮湿煤炭6~0.125mm内任一粒度分级,填补了筛分机留下的空白,在优化动力煤入洗下限、分级提质和分级配煤等方面有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:The paper introduces the operating principle, features, pilot test and industrial application of a flu idized bed pneumatic vibration classifier set. The classifier set can achieve classification at any point in the range of 6-0.125mm in size for moist raw coal, filling a gap left by screens. It finds wide applications in optimization of lower size limit of feed in coal preparation, upgrading coal quality by extracting low ash fine coal quality by extracting low ash fine coal from raw coal, combined process coal blending and coal classification, etc.
