深海钴结壳采掘机器人滚筒式采集头优化设计

摘    要:根据国内外钴结壳开发研究的经验,论证了滚筒式采集头在深海钴结壳开采过 程中的可行性和经济性,讨论了采集头能耗特性的意义,建立了其能耗特性的数学 模型,并按照能耗最小为目标进行了钴结壳采集机器人采集头优化设计。

Abstract:The paper demonstrates the feasibility and economy of the application of the drum-type collection head to mining and collecting the deep-sea cobalt crust based on the experience of development in cobalt crust and research on it at home and abroad, discusses the significance of the energy consumption character of the collection head, establishes the mathematical model of its energy consumption, and optimally designs the collection head of the robot for cobalt crust mining according to the target of the lowest energy consumption
