摘    要:计算了用两种规格绳夹8-KT-GB5976-86和12-KT-GB5976086夹紧φ7.7mm钢丝绳时,绳夹处钢丝绳的应力值。计算表明,用绳夹 8-KT-GB5976-86正确夹紧时,钢丝绳不会因夹紧力过大产生疲劳破坏,当用绳夹12-KT-GB5976-86夹紧时,绳夹处钢丝绳会因夹紧力过大产生疲劳断裂。

Abstract:The paper calculates the stress value of the rope in the rope clamp under the conditions of clamping the ~ 7.7mm diameter rope by using both the 8-KT-GB5976-86 and 12-KT-GB5976-86 clamps. The calculated results show that the rope in the rope clamp will not arise fatigue damage from too strongly clamping force if the 7.7mm diameter rope is correclly clamped by the 8-KT-GB5976-86, but the rope in the rope clamp will arise fatigue damage from too strongly clamping foree if clamped by the 12-KT-GB5976-86.
