摘    要:无球磨机是在充分吸收立轴破、立磨、辊压机等成功技术基础上开发的新型破磨设备,该机破碎比大,特别是采用金属材料与非金属材料的复合技术制造的易损件为国内外首创,寿命比合金锤头延长十几倍,该机平均出料粒度小于1mm,不仅适于软质物料,对硬质物料性能更加优越。

Abstract:The LKS non-ball mill which has been developed on the basis of absorbing the successful techniques of the vertical shaft crusher, vertical mill and roller press fully is a new comminution plant, its principle is that the motion trajectory of impacted material is redesigned to make the material to be crushed one pass through by means of uninterruptedly accumulating energy within the material particles, therefore, its reduction ratio is large, particularly, the hammers of the crusher is made from composite material which combines metallic material with nonmelallic one, so the service life of the hammer is over ten times than that of alloy hammer, in addition, it is initiation at home. The mean product size of the mill is smaller than 1 mm, it not only can beapplied to grinding soft material, bat applied to grinding hard material particularly
