| 摘 要： | 通过对矿物材料的成分、结构和理化性能的测定,介绍了EPMA、AAS、XPS、SEM、TEM、XRD等多种现代测试分析仪器及其技术特点和应用范围。文章指出,新的现代测试技术的出现和技术进步推动着矿物材料科学研究向更深、更广的领域迈进,以后应进一步扩大现代测试分析技术在各个领域的应用,提高其综合使用价值。

| Abstract: | The article introduces a number of modern testing instruments,such as EPMA、AAS、XPS、SEM、TEM、XRD etc,and its techniques characteristic and application scope.The mineral materials' elements、structure and physicochemical property are tested by the instrunments.It points out that new modern testing instruments and techniques give fresh impetus to the mineral materials' research,and it should broaden the application scope of modern testing techniques and enhance its use value. |
