| Abstract: | The electrical and thermoelectric properties of Ag2Te containing excess Ag ( 0.25 at. %) were studied. At 0.1–0.12 at. % excess Ag, Ag2Te undergoes an electronic phase transition attributable to the formation of a new Ag sublattice. |
