摘    要:以酚醛树脂和脲醛树脂为主要原料制备了可降解的插花泥,考察了影响其吸水性和保水性的一些因素。最佳的制备条件为:100份酚醛树脂,30份脲醛树脂,6份表面活性剂,10份发泡剂,20份固化剂;对甲苯磺酸-磷酸为固化剂,戊烷为发泡剂,发泡温度为50~55℃;在优化条件下制得的花泥其吸水率可达38.4倍,5d后的保水率仍为80.2%。

Abstract:Using phenol formaldehyde resin and urea-formaldehyde resin as raw materials, pentane as foaming agent, paratoluene sulfonic acid and phosphaoril acid as curing agent, the multiplex degradable flower mud was prepared at a foaming temperature of 50-55℃. Some factors influencing water absorption rate and retention rate were investigated.The optimal recipe was as follows:surfactant 6g,foaming agent 10g, curing agent 20g were employed in the mixture of 100 g phenol formaldehyde resin and 30g urea-formaldehyde resin.Under the optimum conditions,the water absorption rate of flower mud is up to 38.4 times and the retention rate is still 80.2% after 5d.
