数学计算法在微量分析中的实际应用

摘    要:本文对“光谱分析中增量法的一种数学计算法”实际应用方面提出两点改进的建议:(一)事先对试样元素含量X作大致准确的估计,再用Z_1=x,Z_2=5X作为确定两个增量的大小。(二)用扣除背景并以背景为内标线进行分析。从而使该法得到更为切实的应用。通过在同样操作条件下的比较,得出该法的准确度虽比“三标准试样法”稍低,但比“掺入杂质法”高得多。

Abstract:Two suggestions for improving the application of a mathematic calculation method to spectral microanalysis are given as follows: 1. on the basis of rough estimation of element content x, Z_1=x and Z_2=5x are adopted for determining the figures of the two increments; 2. analysis is made by deducting the background and taking the background as inner standard lines. Owing to the improvements, the application becomes more practical. Comparisons made under the same operation conditions show that the accuracy of this method, though somewhat inferior to that of "three-standard-sample-method", but far better than that of "impurity-doping-method".
