| 摘 要： | 灵芝,在我国作为药物有2000多年历史,临床和药理研究表明,灵芝具有多种生理活性与药理作用;而灵芝多糖则是其最主要有效成分,尤其它还具有抗肿瘤活性功能。该文综述近年有关灵芝多糖结构、生物学功能、生产及应用等方面实验研究概况。

| Abstract: | Ganoderma lucidum was called lucky grass in ancient and it has more than two thousand years' history by way of druggery. Clinic and pharmacology's research indicate that Ganoderma lucidum has many physiological activities and pharmacological actions. Ganoderma polysaccharide is uppermost effective component in Ganoderma lucidum. Especially Ganoderma polysaccharide has anti-tumour active function. This paper summarized experimental research survey about ganoderma polysaccharide's structure, biological function, production and appliance, and so on. |
