硬质合金表面覆钴状态的研究

摘    要:研究了化学浸蚀、微量添加剂以及烧结气氛对硬质合金表面覆钴状态的影响。结果表明:采用化学浸蚀方法改善硬质合金表面的覆钴状态在生产中不易控制,而添加微量TaC以及调节烧结气氛能够有效的改善硬质合金的表面覆钴状态。

Abstract:Co coated surface condition of cemented carbide will seriously effect the service performance. In this paper the effects of chemical erosion, addition agent and sintering atmosphere on the Co-coated surface condition of cemented carbide was studied. The results indicate that it is not easy to control the chemical erosion in production process; while by means of addition agent and sintering atmosphere the Co-coated surface condition of cemented carbide will be improved effectively.
