摘    要:对于高度游标卡尺量爪测量面精度的修复,如果按常规研磨方法将其和底座工作面同时在研磨平板上进行研磨,摩擦阻力较大,且研磨的质量又不稳定。为了保证修复质量和减少操作者劳动强度,本文介绍一种在通用研磨器的一个工作面上加装一套滚动装置,可使研磨时的摩擦阻力明显减小,操作过程省时、省力,研磨质量稳定、可靠。

Abstract:During of repairing measuring surfaces of Height Vernier Caliper,if measuring surfaces and working face on the base are ground simultaneously,the friction will be large,moreover,the quality will be unstable.In order to ensure repaired quality and reduce the labor intensity of the operator,a rolling device is installed on one of working surface of the universal grinder.It can significantly reduce friction,so the operator can effectively accomplish work with less labor and time,and the quality is stable and reliable.
