磨粒族叶序排布砂轮的铣磨实验研究

摘    要:为了实现砂轮表面磨料排布的有序化,本文将仿生学叶序理论与磨削机理相结合,利用光刻技术和复合电镀技术制备出了磨粒族叶序排布砂轮。铣磨实验结果表明:磨粒族叶序排布砂轮的磨削性能优于普通无序排布砂轮。

Abstract:In order to realize the ordering of the grinding wheel abrasive surface assignment,this paper combined with phyllotaxis theory and grinding mechanism,and manufactured phyllotactic pattern grinding wheel by UV lithography method and electroplating technology.The mill-grinding experiment results show that: the grinding performance of phyllotactic pattern grinding wheel is superior to what of disordered arrangement grinding wheel.
