精益思想在制造工艺中的应用

Application of Lean Thought in the Manufacturing Process

Manufacturing process is an important approache and method to carry out lean production.This paper applied ideas of leaning production to research the main process and aided process as well as different types of technology,according to lean thought break through the traditional thinking bondage,reforming and restructuring current technology to save the purpose of manufacturing resources.Another process layout,production method,process equipment how to adapt to the lean production are also introduced.This paper has a guiding practical meaning for the enterprise to understand the core idea of lean production and to improve the technology opration.
