| Abstract: | The potential-digging revamp of a 40 kt/a pyrite-based sulphuric acid plant is described with respect to its technical modernization, operation and experiences. After the completion of the project, the plant capacity is increased to 70 kt/a with more reasonable process flow and flexible operation and much less sewage effluent. |
