| 摘 要： | 发达国家具有较高的食品安全管理能力,食品标准、评估水平代表一个国家在食品安全性、食品质量方面的保护水平,而这个管理能力、保护水平在我国食品加工贸易领域还较低。通过对这方面的阐述,了解发达国家的食品监管体系和国际先进标准的制定与评估,对提高我国食品安全管理水平,保证国民身体健康和在国际贸易中维护自身利益有着积极意义。

| Abstract: | There has a high food safety management in developed countries. Food standard and evaluation level can embody the protection level in food safety and food quality, but they are lower in process and trade in China. The food monitor system and internation advanced standard are reviewed. It is a positive significance to improve domestic food safety management, safeguard people health and protect profit in internation trade. |
