洗衣机桶后盖模具设计

本文较详细对塑胶模具中的一些复杂结构提供了新颖的、实用的解决方案：行位中有垂直向上的倒扣时，可采取行位中弹针的脱模结构；行位中产品存在出上下模方向的倒扣时，可采用前模出行位针结构；大行位中还有向下的倒扣时，可采用大行拉内斜顶的结构；对于模肉内部产品在型腔内有倒扣时，可利用产品本身的碰穿面实现模肉内弯销脱模结构。

Injection Mold Design of Washing machine Rear Tub

In this paper, a novel and practical solution is provided for some of the complex structure of the injection mold. If the undercut in the vertical direction along to the slider moving direction, applied the structure of spring pin in slider; If the undercut in the direction of the mold upper direction, applied the structure of spring pin in cavity side; If the undercut in the direction of mold lower direction, applied lifter structure in the slider; If the undercut inside the mold, applied forniciform dowel structure by the shut-off surface of the product itself. The mold could be run separately, could as well as be combined with another front tub mold then run as 1＋1 twin（family） mold. And this is a major highlight of the mold design.
