| 摘 要： | 塑件翘曲变形问题一直是困扰注塑行业的一大问题，传统的解决方案是先制模然后通过反复试模来解决模具的翘曲变形问题。现在通过Moldflow模流分析软件可以精确的分析、预测塑件的翘曲变形，并通过预测结果来改变模具的设计结构和工艺条件最终优化模具。
