| Abstract: | the epoxy resin molding process is very important, especially the mold structure, in terms of the insulation products to its request is very significant; this paper mainly introduces the polytetrafluoroethylene （also known as the ＂king of plastic） applied in the mold structure design, including mold gate process, insert seal technology and insert fixed three aspects of the structure. |
