基于Internet和PLC的电能表数据采集系统的设计

摘    要:以C8051F020单片机为核心,设计了一种利用Internet和低压电力网实现的电能表数据采集系统。介绍了系统结构和功能,阐述了Internet通信和电力网载波通信PLC的实现和软、硬件设计方案,给出了部分电路原理图和程序流程图。采用低压电力网作为数据集中器、终端采集器的传输通道和Internet通信技术,将数据集中器存储的电能数据上传到系统管理中心,实现了电能表的远程自动抄收和管理功能。该系统成本低、可靠性高、稳定性好,可有效提高电力系统管理的自动化程度。

Abstract:Employing C8051F020 micro-controller as the core component, a kind of concentrator in power energy information acquisition system based on the Internet and the power line carrier PLC was designed. The structure and function of the system were introduced. The Internet and PLC communications were realized and parts of the circuits and flowcharts were given. This system uses power line as the transmission line between coneentrator and collector, then uses the Internet to carry the data to the superintendent center, and realizes the remote brail and management function. This system has low cost, high reliability and stability, and it can advance the automation level of the electric power management effectively.
