可组网智能低压无功补偿装置的设计

摘    要:针对现有低压无功补偿装置结构复杂、功率密度低等缺陷,采用C8051F单片机作为主控模块、ATT7022B采集电网参数、SN65LBC184组成通信模块,设计了一种具有智能投切、动态补偿、可组网通信、过零投切和智能保护等特点的无功补偿装置,并对搭建的实物接入电网进行测试。实测结果表明,该装置测量数据精确,模块化补偿灵活,投切快速、准确。

Abstract:In view of the defect of complex structure and low power density existing in low voltage reactive power compensation device, an intelligent reactive power compensation device with many features such as intelligent switching, dynamic compensation, networking communication, zero-off function and intelligent protection was designed, by using C8051F micro-controller as main control module, ATr7022B chip as power parameters acquisition module, and SN65LBC 184 as communication module. A prototype connected in network was tested. The test results show that the device can do measurement accurately, modular compensation flexibly, switching quickly and precisely.
