铅锌尾矿回收白钨试验研究

摘    要:某铅锌尾矿含钨(WO3)0.21%左右,由于堆存时间长,尾矿中金属矿物大量胶结、氧化、钝化,致使钨回收在技术上存在较大困难.通过比较多种技术参数条件下的试验结果,选择最佳试验参数进行浮选-重选联合工艺闭路试验,实现了钨的回收,获得白钨精矿含WO342.10%、回收率61.92%的较好指标.

Abstract:The tailings from a lead-zinc ore beneficiation plant contain 0.21% of WO3.Due to long time stockpiling of tailings,most of metal minerals contained in tailings are bound,oxidized or desensitized that cause technological difficulty of wolfram recovering.After completing a series of tests under different technological parameters,the flowsheet of flotation-gravity separation is finally selected that achieves WO3 content in concentrate of 42.10% and metal recovery of 61.62%.
