| 摘 要： | 详细讨论了误码发生服从泊松分布的条件下，以实际误码个数除以传输的总码数来估计误码率这种方法的估计特征；给出了测量结果的精度、可靠性与测量时间内平均误码个数及测量时间的关系，可为实际测量中测量时间垢选取提供参考。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the statistical characteristics of the result of the bit error ratio measurement, and presentes the relationship among the result accuracy, reliability and the number of average error bits(so the measurement duration) during measurement. This paper is helpful for determining the measurement duration when the measurement accuracy and reliability are given. |
