复合材料风电叶片的发展现状及若干问题的对策

摘    要:综叙复合材料在风力发电机转子叶片上的应用及生产现状,介绍现有复合材料风电叶片的结构、材料体系、生产工艺及发展方向等,针对目前大型风电叶片生产过程中遇到的一些问题提出解决方案或构想。可以预见,随着叶片的日益大型化,内置热源的大型复合材料组合模具、改进的真空导入树脂模塑法及可回收利用的热塑性叶片可能是今后风电叶片的主要发展方向。

Abstract:The application and production of composites in wind turbine blades were presented in this paper,as well as the structure,material system,manufacturing craft and development trend of wind blades.Proposals or solution ideas were also given to some problems in producing large composite wind turbine blades.It is indicated that large-composite-combined mold with heating equipment,improved VIP craft and recyclable thermoplastic blades would possibly be greatly researched and developed in the following years since the wind turbine blades were becoming larger and larger.
