纳米远红外保健异形锦纶的研究

摘    要:采用特殊的表面修饰技术,制备了纳米级新型远红外辐射材料(Nano-FIRM),并将其与聚酰胺-6(PA6)复合制得PA6/Nano-FIRM复合物,研究了复合物的可纺性,通过设计纺丝成形工艺制备了异形远红外保健锦纶长丝。研究发现:纤维的法向比辐射率(远红外辐射率)达86%,纤维横截面异形度达59.8%,纤维的力学性能比纯的聚酰胺-6纤维有所提高。通过SEM研究了复合物的两相结构,复合物中纳米单元尺寸为64.2 nm,功能性纤维中纳米单元尺寸为68.4 nm。

Abstract:With special surface modification techniques, novel nanometer scaled far-infrared radiation materials (Nano-FIRM) and composites of PA6/Nano-FIRM were prepared. Spinnability of composites was also studied then. With optimized spinning processing parameters and designed profile spinnerets, far-infrared radiative functional profiled polyamide-6 filaments were manufactured. The results indicated that far-infrared radiativity of functional fibers approached to 86%, shape factor of profiled cross-section approached to 59.8%, and mechanical properties were improved appreciably. As SEM micrograph showed, nanoparticles compounded in the composite and fibers, with average diameter of 64.5 nm (composite) and 68.4 nm (fiber), were dispersed in the matrix homogeneously.
