| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了西门子工业组态软件WinCC的特性、基本功能和组态,并将其应用在造纸行业湖南某纸业公司连蒸DCS控制系统中。借助于WINCC的图形系统、趋势归档、信息报警、生产报表等功能,实现了对整个生产流程中电机、液位、温度、流量等的全自动分布式监控。

| Abstract: | The paper introduced characteristics,basic function and configuration of siemens industrial configuration software Wincc and applied it to the continuous pulp mill DCS control system in Hunan Yuanjiang paper company.With the help of the graphic system,the trends on file,information alarm and the production report forms,realizing fully-automatic distributed monitoring for motor,liquid level,temperature and flow in production process. |
