南海西部W12-1油田生产水处理系统结垢分析

摘    要:针对南海西部W12-1油田生产水处理系统严重结垢影响生产的实际问题,在现场调查和实验分析的基础上,对结垢的原因和机理进行了分析研究。结果表明污垢的主要成分为钙和镁的碳酸盐,其中主要是碳酸钙。结垢的原因是由于油田生产水中的可溶性碳酸氢盐(钙盐、镁盐)在加热或压力降低的条件下发生分解,生成不溶性的碳酸盐沉淀,结晶生长成坚硬的水垢附着在管道及阀门内壁,从而影响生产。根据结垢特点和实际经验提出了相应对策。

Abstract:The fouling in the production water treatment system of Nanhai W12-1 Oil Field has affected the production operation.The causes and mechanisms of fouling are studied based upon the field investigation and laboratory analysis,which show that the major components of the fouling are calcium and magnesium carbonates with calcium carbonate in large percentage.The fouling occurs when soluble bicarbonates (calcium bicarbonate and magnesium bicarbonate) in oil field production water decompose when heated or at low pressure to form non-solu- ble carbonates which crystallize to hard fouls sticking to the internal walls of pipelines or valves.The prevention measures are suggested based upon fouling characteristics and operation experience.
