| 摘 要： | 针对PLC控制系统的工作特点，详细分析了系统的检查内容及维护方法，在此基础上，探讨了PLC的故障诊断类型及诊断流程，着重阐述了输入、输出通道的故障诊断方法，最后根据故障现象，分析了故障产生的原因，详细论述了故障处理方法。
