| 摘 要： | 现代有线电视网络播控中心,即以现代化的传输网络监控、现代化的内容监控、现代化的设备监控、现代化的安全保卫监控来构建一个多功能的播控中心平台。旧有的有线电视前端机房无论从结构、技术还是管理上都已不能适应有线电视网络发展的需要,从而使得构建现代化的网络播控中心显得尤为重要。以荆州市建设网络中心为例,探讨了网络播控中心的建设和运营。
