Design and Realization of Public Electronic Message Issuance System Based on Cable Digital Television Platform

In the one-way cable broadcast television network conditions,this paper presents the public electronic message issuance system based on the technological superiority of cable digital television platform,in which all kinds of the social emergency public information and the government important messages are issued quickly efficiently and securely.Meanwhile,this paper presents the advantage of public electronic message issuance system relative to other message issuance methods.
