抽油机减速器运行工况数字化管理系统的设计

摘    要:设计了油田抽油机减速器运行工况数字化管理系统,通过外接安装各种传感器,实现了抽油机的远程启动及运行工况的监测,超限停机声光报警。实时获取减速器油温、油质、油位等参数的信息。实现各单井状态的集中监控,缩短了故障发现和排除周期,提高了劳动效率,强化了油田现代化管理水平。同时也为减速器润滑油过程多参数复合检测开创了一种全新的理念。

Abstract:Digitized management system of reducer work in a pumping unit is designed in the paper,which has accomplished the follows by installing all kinds of transducers such as monitoring the work and remote start of pumping unit,sending out an acousto-optic alarm when Over-limited.Acquiring the information about temperature,quality,and level of lubricant oil.Centralized supervizing each well condition.Shortening the period of fault finding and breakdown.Raising working efficiency.Intensificating the modern management in oil-field.And putting forward a novel conception to resolve multiplex detection of several parameters for lubricant oil in reducer.
