Technology control methods of the key step in the procedure of paper-lined Zn/ MnO2 battery were introduced combined with the manufacturing practice.There were some effective measures to steadily raise the quality of paper-lined Zn/MnO2 battery,such as adding supply water step,increasing the moisture content of positive eletrode powder,strictly controlling the positive electrode mould paper bowl bottom,zero fitting size,increasing the density of the positive electrode,guaranteeing the separate paper fitting,accepting pneumatic pressure method and consolidate the sealant,etc.
