| 摘 要： | 为了研究浮选柱柱体高度的有效使用情况,采用计算流体力学(CFD)数值模拟软件CFX对充气后浮选柱不同高度截面上气相在液相中的分散情况进行了数值模拟。设计了浮选柱试验系统进行气液两相流试验对数值模拟结果进行验证,通过对比数值模拟与试验结果可知,两者基本吻合。

| Abstract: | For studying the effective service condition of flotation column height,computational fluid dynamics software CFX has been adopted to simulate the gas dispersion state in the liquid phase of the inflatable flotation column sections with different heights.A flotation column experimental system for carrying out the test of gas-liquid two-phase flow in flotation column has been designed specially to validate the results of simulation.By comparing the numerical simulation and experimental results,we can see that they have a good agreement. |
