超支化聚(胺-酯)接枝改性纳米二氧化硅增韧增强PVC的研究

摘    要:用偶联削KH-550和超支化聚(胺-酯)对纳米SiO2进行改性,并通过熔融共混法制得了PVC/SiO2复合材料。利用透射电镜、扫描电镜、力学性能测试等方法研究了复合材料的结构和性能。结果表明,通过超支化聚(胺-酯)的接枝改性可以明显提高纳米SiO2在PVC基体中的分散均匀性;超支化聚(胺-酯)接枝改性纳米SiO2的加入可有效提高PVC的力学性能,且添加量为1%时,效果最好,同时PVC的加工性能也有所改善。

Abstract:Silica was modified by KH-550 and hyperbranched poly(amine-ester)(HBP) and PVC/SiO_2 composite was prepared by melt-blending method. The structure and properties of the composites were charaterized by means of SEM and mechanical properties tests etc. The results show that addition of nano SiO_2 improves the mechanical properties of PVC, and the reinforcing and toughening effect are the best when the content of nano SiO_2 is 1%. The TEM photograph appears that nano SiO_2 modified with hyperbranched poly(amine-ester) are distributed in PVC more homogeneusly, so the mechanical properties of PVC/ SiO_2-HBP were the highest. Compared with PVC, the tensile strength, elongation at break, impact strength and flexural modulus of PVC/ SiO_2 -HBP composite is increased by (24.68%), (15.73%), (4.07%) and (184.84%) respectively. The processing properties of the composite are also improved efficiently.
