| 摘 要： | 过程监视和测量的目的在于证实过程是否具有保持实现预期结果的能力。对ISO9001标准应用中过程的监视和测量存在的主要问题及其成因进行了分析，提出从过程策划和监视测量方法两个方面来改进过程监视和测量的效果，并给出了具有可操作性的方法步骤。

| Abstract: | The intent of monitoring and measurement of process is to provide evidence that a process is of the ability to achieve planned results. Aimed at the problems existing in monitoring and measurement of process in IS09001 standard, this paper suggests that the efficiency of monitoring and measurement of process can be improved by considering process planning and the methods of monitoring and measurement, and the detailed steps to solve these problems are proposed finally. |
