| 摘 要： | 分析了汽车前保险杠总成检具各组成部分的定位、检测设计情况,重点分析了两侧翼子板处定位、检测的设计,此检具设计既实现了模拟翼子板功能,又实现了加工的可行性。

| Abstract: | The design of positioning and detecting for all parts in a checking fixture for an automobile front bumper assembly was analyzed,especially the design of positioning and detecting for the fender on both sides.The structure can simulate the fender function and can be manufactured properly. |
