| 摘 要： | 介绍了沙滩玩具杯主体件注射模设计与工作过程。模具采用热流道浇注系统,推板顶件出模方式,侧边滑块采用滑块套滑块结构,冷却系统采用隔板式冷却水路。生产实践证明,模具结构合理,脱模顺利,塑件质量满足设计要求。

| Abstract: | The structure design and working process of an injection mould for a toy cup main body were presented.The mould applied hot runner feeding system,ejector plate for stripping pieces,slide by slide structure as the side slide and clapboard-type waterway as cooling system. |
