军队院校“院校研究”的理论探讨

鉴于军队院校在改革发展和实践运行中会出现诸多本土问题,将院校研究的理论和方法引入到军队院校办学实践之中.基于院校研究所具有的4个基本特性,厘清了军队院校管理研究与院校研究的关系,深入分析了军校教育实践中开展院校研究的生存条件及其重要意义,提出了推进院校研究在军队院校深入发展的基本途径.这有助于军队院校问题的科学解决,推进军队院校持续健康发展.

Theoretical Investigation of Institutional Research of Military Academy

In view of the local problems occurred in the reform and development as well as putting it into practice of the military academy, this article brings the theory and method of institutional research into the schooling practice of the military academy. On the basis of four fundamental characteristics of institutional research, this article clears the relations between the management research of the military academy and the institutional research, analyzes thoroughly the condition of existence and its significance of developing institutional research in the education practice of the military academy, and proposes the main way of advancing deeply the development of the institutional research in military academy, which contributes to the scientific solution to the local problems of the military academy, thus boosting the sustained and sound development of the military academy.
