防空反导作战雷达交接方案优化设计方法研究

摘    要:针对防空反导作战过程中多地基雷达探测跟踪弹道目标的交接问题,将基于预测和基于多属性评估的交接方法有机结合,采用仿真评估的思路和方法,构建专家经验和解析计算相结合、定性和定量相结合的雷达交接模型体系.通过交接方案设计、交接过程模拟和交接效能评估等,实现交接方案对比和优选.该方法利用交接效能准则,确保交接方案的不断优化,可为防空反导雷达交接建模和方案设计提供有益的参考和借鉴.

Abstract:In this paper, based on the handing over issues of multiple ground-based radar detecting and tracking the ballistic targets in the course of air defense anti-missile operation, the prediction-based handover method is dynamically integrated with the multiple attribute-based assessing one, and the thinking and method of simulating assessment are used for constructing a radar handover model system where the expert experience is combined with analytic computation and qualitative analysis with quantitative one, and the contrast of handover schemes and their optimization are realized by the design of handover scheme, simulation of handover process and assessment of handover effectiveness, etc. The proposed method employs the rules of handover effectiveness to guarantee the continuous optimization of the handover scheme, thus offering a helpful reference for the modeling and scheme designing of air defense anti-missile radar handing over.
