基于模糊方法的弹道导弹武器系统作战效能评估

针对弹道导弹武器系统作战效能难以量化评估的特点,采用模糊综合评估方法研究弹道导弹武器系统的作战效能.从发射可靠性、毁伤能力以及反侦察能力等方面分析了影响其作战效能的主要因素,建立了效能评估指标体系,给出了主因素决定型多层次模糊加权评估模型,并对3种弹道导弹的武器系统作战效能进行了评估分析.实例分析结果验证了该评估方法的正确性和合理性.

Assessment for Operational Efficiency of Ballistic Missile Weapon System Based on Fuzzy Method

Concerning the features that the operational efficiency of ballistic missile weapon system is hard to quantize and assess, this paper studies the operational efficiency of the system using a fuzzy synthetic evaluation method. The major factors that affect its operational efficiency are analyzed from the prospective of the reliability and the capabilities of destruction as well as counter-reconnaissance, the index system of efficiency assessment is set up, the assessment model with multi-level fuzzy weight based on the main factors determining mode ,and the assessment analysis of the three types of ballistic missiles＇ operational efficiency are performed in this paper. By the results of example analyzing, it is verified that this proposed assessment approach is of correctness and feasibility.
