氧化锆陶瓷微刀片工艺分析与注射模设计

摘    要:以用于玻璃加工的轮刀刀片为例,研究了氧化锆陶瓷微注射成型工艺与模具设计,探讨了材料温度、塑化压力、注射速度和保压速度等工艺参数对试片性能的影响,得到了优化的氧化锆注射成型工艺参数,对其他陶瓷零件的微注射成型有一定的参考作用。

Abstract:Taking a flywheel blade for glass processing as an example, micro-injection molding technology for zirconia ceramics and mould design were studied. The effect of processing parameters, such as material temperature, plasticizing pressure, injection speed, and pressure holding speed, etc. on the performance of test pieces was discussed. The optimized parameters of injection molding for the zirconia ceramic was obtained.
