梯形拉深筋等效约束阻力模型研究

摘    要:对拉深成形过程中板料经过梯形拉深筋时的变形情况进行了分析,运用能量法建立了一种简单实用的梯形拉深筋等效约束阻力计算模型,利用Dynaform软件对梯形拉深筋的等效约束阻力进行了模拟,将计算结果与模拟结果进行了比较。分析结果表明:在拉深成形过程中,如拉深筋设置在圆弧部位,板料经过拉深筋后最终等效约束阻力是随拉深过程的进行而变化的;板料通过设在直线段的筋产生的等效约束阻力,在一定的压边力下,其值为恒定的值;理论计算与模拟值基本吻合,在数值模拟时,该模型可以作为等效拉深筋使用。

Abstract:The deformation condition of metal sheet when passing through trapezoid drawbead in deep drawing process was investigated. A simple and practical equivalent constraint force calculating model for trapezoid drawbead was set up based on the energy method. The equivalent constraint force was simulated using the Dynaform software. The calculation and simulation results were compared, which indicates that during the drawing process, the drawbead constraint force is variable when the drawbead lies at arc position; while the constraint force remains constant under a certain blank holder force when the drawbead is on the line. The theoretical computation values coincide with simulation values well. The model can serve as an equivalent drawbead in numerical simulations.
