摘    要:简要回顾了块体非晶合金的发展历史,综合评述了块体非晶合金形成的控制因素,从热力学、动力学和结构三方面讨论了块体非晶合金的形成机理,并介绍了块体非晶合金的成分设计准则。指出要使合金形成块体非晶,首先应使合金熔体具有高密度的无规密堆拓扑结构,最大限度地抑制过冷熔体的均质形核及晶核生长;其次,应有适当高的冷却速率,同时减少或消除异质形核。

Abstract:The brief development history and dominant factors of forming ability of bulk amorphous alloys were surveyed. The forming mechanisms of bulk amorphous alloys were investigated from the viewpoints of thermodynamics, kinetics and structure. The criteria for bulk amorphous alloys design were introduced. It was pointed out that,molten metal having high density random close-packed topology structure, restraining the homogeneous nucleation and nuclei growth of the supercooled melt as possible, increasing the cooling rate and reducing or eliminating heterogeneous nucleation,would be helpful to form bulk amorphous alloy.
