| 摘 要： | 以某全现浇剪力墙结构高层住宅接建改造工程为例,对新旧结构间的协同受力措施连接节点设计及新接建部分基础设计进行了介绍,分析了原设计方案存在的问题,并提出了优化方案,确定了总体施工流程,为类似工程的设计与施工提供了参考借鉴。

| Abstract: | Setting one total cast-in-place shear wall structure high level building enlarging modification project as example,it introduces the joint points design of the new and old structure synergistic stress steps and the basic design of new joint,analyses the problems existing in the old design program and puts forward the optimum program,and decides the total construction process,and it applies reference to the deign and construction of similar projects. |
