试论资源型企业与其所在区域经济的相互关系及可持续发展的战略

资源型企业及其所在区域经济的发展 ,随其所依赖的资源枯竭而由盛变衰 ,是世界各国经济发展中的普遍现象。资源型企业与其所在区域经济在所依托的资源枯竭后是随之衰竭 ,还是依托政府功能另辟新径 ,是我国乃至世界各国资源型城市经济可持续发展必然面临的普遍性问题。本文在分析资源型企业与其所在区域经济关系的基础上 ,给出了老工业基地可持续发展的对策。

It is a common phenomenon of economic development all over the world that the development of the resources-based enterprises an d local regional economy turns from prosperity to decline with resources exhaust ed. It is frequently appears that the resources-based cities shall be met in domestic and abroad that the economy of th e resources-based enterprises and the local regions become decline with resourc es exhausted, or open up a new way turns to the government.The paper puts forwar d countermeasures to support the cities and regions that mainly rely on resourc es exploitation to develop superseding industries. It shows clearly the direct ion for sustainable development of the resources-based enterprises and local e conomy.
