电刷镀含纳米SiC粉复合镀层的EPMA分析

摘    要:应用电届镀技术制备了含有纳米SiC粉的镍基复合镀层,对该复合镀层的显微硬度进行了测试,并讨论了主要工艺参数对显微硬度的影响规律。采用电子探针(EPMA)技术研究了该复合镀层的元素分布。在此基础上提出了纳米粉与镍共沉积的机理。

Abstract:WT5BZ]In this paper, the composite coating of Ni/nano SiC was prepared by brush plating technology. The microhardness of the composite coating were investigated, and the relationship between the main parameters and the microhardness were also discussed. The EPMA was used to analyze the composite coatings' microstructure, surface morphology and elements distribution. On the basis of experimental results, the mechanism of the codeposition of nano SiC and Ni was discussed.
