含缺陷石油管道应力分析

摘    要:以陆地输油管线和海底输油管线为例,介绍了石油管道的受力情况,重点分析了管道现场焊接接头区,管道施工与运行过程中通常可能出现的缺陷以及应力分布,为管道设计和建设及建立适合于我国实际情况的油气管道缺陷评定规范提供了基础理论依据。

Abstract:Through the examples of onshore and offshore oil transmitting pipeline, the oil pipeline pressuring situation was introduced.The pipeline site jointer welding area,pipeline construction and defects probably occurred during the running of pipeline as well as stress distribution are mainly analyzed. It provides the basic theory for pipeline design and construction as well as oil and gas pipeline defect assessment specification suitable to China.
