| 摘 要： | 对武汉分公司炼油厂焦化装置加热炉炉管结焦原因进行了分析，指出炉管结焦的判断方法及应对措施，并针对易结焦部位的结焦机理进行分析，从设计和操作上提出了减缓结焦的方法。

| Abstract: | The cause of heater tube coking in the delayed coking unit of Wuhan Company has been analyzed, and judgement methods and the countermeasures have been proposed as well. Coking mechanism of the position where coking easily occurred has been analyzed and the method to mitigate coking has been proposed in the light of design and operation. |
