摘    要:组织认同作为个体社会认同的重要组成部分,一直是西方组织管理研究者关注重要话题,国内组织认同研究起步较晚,近年来文献数量有增多趋势。从组织认同的概念与结构、前因与后果等方面对相关文献进行回顾与评价,并对未来研究方向进行展望。

A Review of Researches on Organizational Identification in China

Abstract:Organizational identification is one of key topics in organizational researches for western scholars. It was until the first decade of 21st century that organizational identification became a research field in China. Recently, the research publications are getting more and more. The studies on organizational identification in China were analyzed according to concepts/measurements and antecedents/consequences. And the future directions of organizational identification research were put forward based on previous literatures.
