基于组态王6.5和PLC的水压控制系统

摘    要:运用可编程控制器PLC结合变频器调速技术并利用组态王6.5作为开发平台,开发出一套应用于节水型便器检测设备的水压控制系统。该系统用一个PLC控制两套变频子系统同时工作,能同时提供高压和低压两类恒定水压值。组态王软件的应用使得开发更加容易,提高了系统的控制品质。上位机通过串行口与PLC通信,实现在上位机中实时设定压力,观测压力实际值和水压系统的各种状态。整个系统实际运行效果稳定,操作方便,能满足节水型便器检测系统的应用需要。

Abstract:This paper describes a hydraulic pressure control system applied in seat commode ware testing equipment by integrating the frequency inverter and the PLC based on Kingview 6.5.In this system,a PLC controls two subsystems working at the same time,each of which is under the control of a frequency inverter.The system can provide high and low hydraulic pressure simultaneously and the operator can set hydraulic pressure freely which is maintained steadily. The application of Kingview 6.5 makes the design of systems more convenient and improves the control quality. By serial communication,the industry personal computer can set hydraulic pressure freely,observe the current value and status.The application results show this system can meet the requirement of seat commode ware testing equipment.
