| 摘 要： | 利用实验的方法对自散焦LiNbO3∶Fe晶体中构造的缺陷态光子晶格光学性质进行了研究。实验表明影响缺陷态光子晶格光学性质的因素很多,如有无格子、晶格周期的不同,还有缺陷在晶格中的角度和缺陷间晶格列数都对其光学性质有很大的影响。文中同时对实验现象也做了初步的理论解释,这对光子晶格的制作与应用有一定的指导意义。
